I was just reading my emails this morning and came across a welcome surprise. Usually companies are like money hungry magnets they suck you dry of all your money and leave you with very little or nothing apart from a bad taste in your mouth.

If your wondering why people are not buying from you it is probably the fact your customer service is not up to that of the Stompernet Great customer service.

When someone or a company does something for you so out of the ordinary don’t you wish you could just reach out and hug them. Well Andy from Stompernet is a bit like a Teddy bear maybe we could organise a worldwide hug for Stompernet.

As I ordered on September 4 "The Net Effect" NOR the "StomperNet Insider DVD of the Month" YET. I was beginning to think we had all been taken for a ride in another US scam.

AHH BUT Captain Smarty Pants Andy Jenkins from Stompernet allayed those fears in the below email. Check out the example I am talking about in relation to Stompernet Great customer service.

The number of bathroom tile designs is on the increase but the wonderful effect created by these new types should justify the extra time spent searching; unfortunately, the choice of styles available means making a decision can take quite some time. The increase in world trade has meant that there is a huge variety of styles to choose from and something to suit everyone’s pocket. Whilst contemporary styles like the harlequin design, marble and natural stone tile designs are always desirable, it is the colorful designs that are often more affordable and as a result, fast becoming popular themselves.

My timeless favorite is the harlequin bathroom tile which are small black squares turned to look like diamonds in a grid pattern on a plain white tile. The tiles tend to be a little longer and the pattern resembles a mimes costume in a way but you can opt for this classic design in just about any combination of colors from earthy tones to bright reds.

But it is the classic white tile with small black squares which is my favorite which has a much cleaner look and is normally available without having to place a special order. To give a really clean and elegant look to your bathroom, why not fit chrome fittings to the bath, shower and hand basin.

The effect this provides can make it look as though you have spent a fortune on your bathroom but chrome and other polished metal fixings can cause problems as they mark easily. It is important to consider how much time you have to commit to polishing your bathroom before making a purchase.

My favorite is the black and white design as the effect it has is hard to match and always improves the look of a bathroom. Marble has always been a more expensive bathroom tile design option but has a timeless quality which the more modern tiles will never match.

Anyone who has shopped for bathroom tiles knows that some materials and patterns can be very expensive. You can work around this expense by using reasonably priced material as the foundation for your design. What makes this idea work is that you can insert more expensive, good quality tiles into your bathroom design that will complement and enhance it without breaking the bank.

Unless you have tiled a room before, this is probably not a good time to learn so it will be worth the additional cost of having a tradesman carry out this task if you want it to look good. I know that you can save a lot of money by doing it yourself but you may find that you waste more time and material if you are not familiar with the process. Home remodeling is not always the easiest tasks to organize as many decisions are required before you even start; an increasing level of choice can make the process harder and take longer for it to be started. Any remodeling project like this will also rely on careful control of the finances. Once you have employed a contractor you will need to decide who is responsible for the supplies that are to be used and this needs to be set before any work is started.

Once you have this out of the way you may also want to let your neighbours know that you will be carrying out some remodeling work. Next, take your measurements carefully, and carry out plenty of research concerning the types of products available on the market to help you accomplish your remodeling goal. Making a list of everything you require for your home remodeling can be complicated but may be easier if your contractor assists you.

Many homeowners start a project by deciding on the part of the house they want to improve, then calling a contractor over to iron out the details. Some contractors will carry out all the work themselves with their own team or they may sub-contract certain aspects to other remodeling contractors if they feel it will be beneficial or less expensive. General project managers can also carry out all of the remodeling or you may decide you only require them for aspects you do not feel comfortable with completing yourself.

Often people do not want to move so home remodeling is the answer and it will usually increase the value of the home at the same time. Home remodeling is not only a nice way to increase the value of your home, it is also an activity where you and your family can work together and have some fun.

Rent prices set to increase again what about carpet cleaning prices and the people do not like it. We think it is about time the government stepped in and controlled rents as in America getting straight to the point of the matter.

Many tenants improve the properties such as we do some examples shown in the photo below.

Here is the bottom line as per our previous post drought-and-petrol-cause-prices-increase we feel the media were wrong. We believe the economy is causing the price increases and that landlords / real estates are getting the cherry on top as a result.

If you look at our previous post you will see rents should now only be $165 a week based on the current average carpet cleaning price of $30 a room.

Some example calculations

1. The industry could set the carpet cleaning price at 1/5 of the average renters rent. Which in 1990 1/5 of $140 rent was $24 a room carpet cleaning, so in 2007 1/5 of $275 rent is going to cost you $55 a room carpet cleaning.
2. or
   The industry could set the carpet cleaning price at 8% of vehicle registration of $600 currently, to give a carpet cleaning per room price of $48.
3. or
   A couples basic benefit from centerlink in 1995 plus rent assist was $660 the rent price was $330 a fortnight. Bearing that in mind the basic benefit plus rent assist in 2007 should be $1150 a fortnight meaning 3 br house rents should be up to $575 a fortnight.
4. or
   wages were $8-9 an hour in 1990 wages are now round $15-17 an hour therefor to backup the above the carpet cleaning price should be round $45-51 a room. The rents would have a fair price of say $220-250 a week.

As you can see using just one industry example the unfairness property owners / real estate agents are causing to the rest of the population.

We know there are many more examples and industries affected by this problem who could all go on forever in the debate of who is worse off however we need to get the government off there padded wallets and doing something about it.

So all of the media is requested NOW to harass the government to sort something out about this BIG rental property vs service price and wages ISSUE and make life more fair for the good old Aussie battler…

It is highly unfair that landlords / real estates get away with renting properties out with so many problems and nothing gets done about this issue. Only the bad tenants hit the news what about exposing the real estates and landlords.

Drought and petrol cause prices increase including the cost of living with groceries and the like, now many services are starting to put up the price also as a direct result. Some services have not had any prices rise for quite some time. One such example is carpet cleaning.

FOR 17 years customers enjoyed low carpet cleaning prices up to $24 a room In line with ENORMOUS rentals, petrol, car rego, price increases our industry has to increase prices to survive.

In a recent conversation with an aquaintence who runs a pizza, fish and chip shop we discussed this matter of price comparissons. He found the same issue we have with his fish and chips & pizzas. Pizzas were $12 to $24 ten years back and today they remain the same.

We are wondering have you been affected as much as the carpet cleaners who are like you just trying to earn a buck to live.
