I just had to let you all know that I have not done many posts lately as have been so busy, studying. I am so happy I have been rapt in not only the ebook but the collection I got when I got the Renegade marketer system.

I just had to share it with you knowing you whoever you are would benefit from using the system too. I know you will agree this is probably the best money saving home business tips & hints book you could ever find.

I have wandered around the MLM scene for about the last 20 years or so not knowing which to trust and in the end they all seemed to be the same. They mostly just want you to buy their OVERPRICED products and for you to give them free advertising.

My partner and I agreed as a new years resolution we would NEVER join another MLM scheme back in the year 2000. After both of us reading most the book we are confident we are ready to take on the challenge and make it work this time.

As kitchens have become more of a place for the family to meet, the desire to extend and remodel this room has become greater; the costs involved can sometimes mean we have to make a compromise. Kitchen remodeling costs are always likely to be an obstacle to getting the dream kitchen you have always wanted. Most of us can even picture our dream kitchen with a centre work area with all the appliances at the right level and marble work tops everywhere, but we know what we end up with will not have all these things.

Unless you are wealthy, most people face the similar problem of dealing with lowering the cost involved but this does not mean you cannot have this room close to the way you want it. Careful planning is the key here and could provide the answer to having that Kitchen you have set your heart on.

As with any home remodeling projects, it is usually the hiring of professional help that increases the costs dramatically so this is the first area to look at. By doing it yourself and with good forward planning it will almost always reduce the kitchen remodeling costs as long as you can do it correctly the first time.

It should also go without saying that you need to be comfortable using tools and not afraid to get your hands dirty because if you aren’t then the chances of you completing this project are small. At first it may seem like a good idea but if you aren’t up to the task, it will take longer and there is a much greater chance you will need to call in a professional kitchen fitter to finish the job.

The greatest kitchen remodeling cost you have ahead of you is buying the materials for your kitchen but you can save money if you know where to look; for instance either buy your appliances direct or an end of range sale. It is even possible to buy kitchen equipment second hand or partly used which can actually save you a small fortune and often there can even be some guarantee left on it.

You will also be surprised just what you can find by looking locally in papers and classified advertisements because used or nearly new kitchen equipment is often available. If your kitchen remodeling costs are mounting then why not contact kitchen suppliers who can often sell unwanted kitchens in good condition for a fraction of their original cost.

One of the best things about getting this secondhand equipment is that it might allow you to create a kitchen you would only have dreamt of before. The only thing that is really stopping you having your kitchen remodelled is whether you can carry out the work yourself!

There are so many decoration ideas for the bathroom, that it is really a shame to have a drab and unappealing look to this room; this room can now be more attractive and one that you will be proud of. Think about it, we all spend a good bit of time washing and freshening up every day, so why not use a few bathroom decoration ideas to spice this room up a bit and make it a more appealing place to hang out. If you are taking a bath why not surround yourself with pleasing designs where you can relax and unwind.

As a bonus, your bathroom decorating ideas can really be used to impress your friends and neighbors, they will know when they see how you have implemented your designs that you care about your home. Over recent years, great emphasis has been placed on redesigning bedrooms and kitchens as the time spent in these rooms has increased, this is now becoming the same with bathrooms.

Of course, many of the bathroom decorating ideas that you use can be drawn from the things that you do with the rest of the house. Even something as simple as a plant on a small table, which is a theme seen around the rest of the house will work well for you as a bathroom decorating idea. You can also use it for magazines and books to give your restroom that special touch that really makes life a little better.

This can also work the other way, if you have used certain decorating or furnishing ideas in your bathroom then why not extend some of those to other areas of your home? Tiles are a prime example of this type of reverse decoration as they can be used almost anywhere and are not restricted to just a few rooms where they are traditionally found.

Fortunately many of the white tile designs in kitchens are no longer popular so colorful and traditional tiles can be used in other areas of the home including the kitchen, with equal effect. Tiles are usually the first aspect of decorating to be looked at for both the kitchen and the bathroom but there are many more decorating ideas which should not be overshadowed.

Soap trays, dishes and dispensers are commonplace now and can be really decorative. There are even articles in home decoration books and magazine illustrating how easy it is too make your own soap rays.

There was even a suggestion of how to make them with clay which is not a material that would automatically spring to mind but does provide certain flexibility. Of course, another great idea is to put something relaxing opposite the bath, such as a picture of a boat floating on a quiet lake. There is no reason to allow this room to stay dull and uninviting any longer with all the ideas and materials available today.

The number of bathroom tile designs is on the increase but the wonderful effect created by these new types should justify the extra time spent searching; unfortunately, the choice of styles available means making a decision can take quite some time. The increase in world trade has meant that there is a huge variety of styles to choose from and something to suit everyone’s pocket. Whilst contemporary styles like the harlequin design, marble and natural stone tile designs are always desirable, it is the colorful designs that are often more affordable and as a result, fast becoming popular themselves.

My timeless favorite is the harlequin bathroom tile which are small black squares turned to look like diamonds in a grid pattern on a plain white tile. The tiles tend to be a little longer and the pattern resembles a mimes costume in a way but you can opt for this classic design in just about any combination of colors from earthy tones to bright reds.

But it is the classic white tile with small black squares which is my favorite which has a much cleaner look and is normally available without having to place a special order. To give a really clean and elegant look to your bathroom, why not fit chrome fittings to the bath, shower and hand basin.

The effect this provides can make it look as though you have spent a fortune on your bathroom but chrome and other polished metal fixings can cause problems as they mark easily. It is important to consider how much time you have to commit to polishing your bathroom before making a purchase.

My favorite is the black and white design as the effect it has is hard to match and always improves the look of a bathroom. Marble has always been a more expensive bathroom tile design option but has a timeless quality which the more modern tiles will never match.

Anyone who has shopped for bathroom tiles knows that some materials and patterns can be very expensive. You can work around this expense by using reasonably priced material as the foundation for your design. What makes this idea work is that you can insert more expensive, good quality tiles into your bathroom design that will complement and enhance it without breaking the bank.

Unless you have tiled a room before, this is probably not a good time to learn so it will be worth the additional cost of having a tradesman carry out this task if you want it to look good. I know that you can save a lot of money by doing it yourself but you may find that you waste more time and material if you are not familiar with the process. Bringing your bathroom remodeling project to life is not a job for a novice.

Home remodeling is not always the easiest tasks to organize as many decisions are required before you even start; an increasing level of choice can make the process harder and take longer for it to be started. Any remodeling project like this will also rely on careful control of the finances. The excitement of the proposals can soon be dampened once the cost has been looked at more closely and often compromises have to be made in order to complete the task.

When you think of the task ahead, it is often best to hire services of a contractor who is experienced in the field and thus can give you the best results considering your requirements and budget. Once you have employed a contractor you will need to decide who is responsible for the supplies that are to be used and this needs to be set before any work is started.

Once you have this out of the way you may also want to let your neighbours know that you will be carrying out some remodeling work. Next, take your measurements carefully, and carry out plenty of research concerning the types of products available on the market to help you accomplish your remodeling goal. Making a list of everything you require for your home remodeling can be complicated but may be easier if your contractor assists you.

Many homeowners start a project by deciding on the part of the house they want to improve, then calling a contractor over to iron out the details. Some contractors will carry out all the work themselves with their own team or they may sub-contract certain aspects to other remodeling contractors if they feel it will be beneficial or less expensive. Home remodeling is not only a nice way to increase the value of your home, it is also an activity where you and your family can work together and have some fun.

Let me give you a bit of an idea of…

Part of the problem with society these days is the amount of individuals that are living with credit card debt; the industry may be flourishing but the ease with which credit is given is causing financial distress to many. Very few people that can say they owe nothing on them and as a consequence these finance companies are now owed thousands of dollars on most of the cards that have been issued, unfortunately people are only now beginning to realize that the damage has been done. Generally speaking the only way out of this predicament is by using a credit card debt relief solution.

So, here’s what else is in store for you…

At this point it is important to start as you mean to go on and stop all spending on the card otherwise it will make arranging a debt relief plan much harder to implement. Often, it takes some time to realize the seriousness but credit card debt relief is possible providing certain steps are taken. Whilst there are a number of debt consolidation options, the three mentioned below are the most common used for people in similar situations.

The only real question to ask yourself is this.

Do I want to take the hard way or the easy way. The easiest method of debt consolidation is where the person still has a good credit rating and uses another credit card that has a low rate of interest where all the debts can be transferred to one card. Alternatively a person can consolidate their debt with the help of a low interest loan and then decide how much money it will be possible to pay off each month.

What does all this mean to you? This option does require a certain willingness on the part of the person in debt to be strict about the payments and the regularity in which they are made if they really want to end the debt problem. Whilst arranging a new low interest rate card or loan to consolidate debts is the easiest option to take, it is also only available if the person’s credit rating is in tact.

Think about what this means:

If credit card debt relief is not available then negotiation remains and this is preferably left to a debt relief company that can deal with the card companies directly and negotiate payment conditions. The company can negotiate with the creditors to accept some money, generally about 50 percent of the outstanding balance and then write off the rest.

Vitally important last and final point:

If all else fails the debtor is left with bankruptcy to clear the debts but this is not something that should ever be looked upon as the first course of action as there are serious consequences to be considered. Once this option has been decided upon the debtor must be in no doubt that they will find it difficult to apply for any type of credit until the end of the bankruptcy as they will need to rebuild their credit rating. However you have found yourself in this situation, do not allow credit card debt relief to become a habit.

Rent prices set to increase again what about carpet cleaning prices and the people do not like it. We think it is about time the government stepped in and controlled rents as in America getting straight to the point of the matter.

Many tenants improve the properties such as we do some examples shown in the photo below.

Here is the bottom line as per our previous post drought-and-petrol-cause-prices-increase we feel the media were wrong. We believe the economy is causing the price increases and that landlords / real estates are getting the cherry on top as a result.

If you look at our previous post you will see rents should now only be $165 a week based on the current average carpet cleaning price of $30 a room.

Some example calculations

1. The industry could set the carpet cleaning price at 1/5 of the average renters rent. Which in 1990 1/5 of $140 rent was $24 a room carpet cleaning, so in 2007 1/5 of $275 rent is going to cost you $55 a room carpet cleaning.
2. or
   The industry could set the carpet cleaning price at 8% of vehicle registration of $600 currently, to give a carpet cleaning per room price of $48.
3. or
   A couples basic benefit from centerlink in 1995 plus rent assist was $660 the rent price was $330 a fortnight. Bearing that in mind the basic benefit plus rent assist in 2007 should be $1150 a fortnight meaning 3 br house rents should be up to $575 a fortnight.
4. or
   wages were $8-9 an hour in 1990 wages are now round $15-17 an hour therefor to backup the above the carpet cleaning price should be round $45-51 a room. The rents would have a fair price of say $220-250 a week.

As you can see using just one industry example the unfairness property owners / real estate agents are causing to the rest of the population.

We know there are many more examples and industries affected by this problem who could all go on forever in the debate of who is worse off however we need to get the government off there padded wallets and doing something about it.

So all of the media is requested NOW to harass the government to sort something out about this BIG rental property vs service price and wages ISSUE and make life more fair for the good old Aussie battler…

It is highly unfair that landlords / real estates get away with renting properties out with so many problems and nothing gets done about this issue. Only the bad tenants hit the news what about exposing the real estates and landlords.
