Hi guys as you may have heard recently about frank kern & training video lessons that he has done to help out the average person. Well that is what I have been doing , and that is watching these great videos. Now anyone who knows about this they know frank kern makes these training video lessons as complete as possible so they tend to be long.

What learnt to do is I put myself on a guru diet.

Guru diet I hear you say? Well that is I devote an hour a day to learning from the gurus and frank kern is my latest go to guru. Mind you I have known about him for a few years and sort of followed him until recently when I found he was related to stompernet.

A word of warning though if you watch Franks videos.

You may need a snack this is due to the fact he is down to earth and he goes to great lengths to help YOU understand what he is saying.

P.S. Just a note;

I may have misunderstood but in the first video I took it that he was Australian. However he may have said he had been visiting. AND I did not want to waste time and his bandwidth finding out by replaying the video. So anyone that knows preferably Frank himself may be able to answer this for me.
