Quickbooks IE 5.5 required error
What we did was open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE…
Open regedit and navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer. See what version of IE is listed in this key. I would think that this key is where QuickBooks looks for IE version info.
We had the above problem happen when we upgraded to IE 5.5, however we had no problem when we did the IE7 upgrade. We just had other IE7 problems related to internet useage.
