Tickets:
Tickets are used within our support system which makes serving you a whole lot easier. So please only open Tickets if you really need to otherwise it may cause delays in our service. Admin will view the details for all tickets, if valid will reply, if not will close and delete them.
Departments:
We have found that it is better to receive tickets from customers under the relevant categories. This allows us to manage your support query more efficiently and by the proper departments for the purpose which is why this section is used.
